Marble Mountain
(80” x 93”)
(Pieced, machine and hand quilted by Carolyn McKay)
All but a few of the tiny blocks in the inner border were from “bonus” units already made while constructing the blocks. Most of my borders are made from bonus off cuts as I am too lazy to face all those tiny units after having made the rest of the quilt top. There are six fabrics in the quilt the main light having a beautiful cream marble effect.
